Aye, even if i did have stable groups myself (i.e. troub / illusionist at the very least), Manaburn is most likely something I would not spec for as a regular thing. There is just far too much coordination and reliance on outside effort needed to make it work to the point where it will bump your dps up (and perfect conditions all of the time are hard to come by). However, under perfect conditions, it should offer a slight, but noticeable, dps increase.

I guess just for comparions sake, this is my last Korsha parse - under a heat/cold spec. Not something I would have normally have considered posting since we had 4-5 people playing alts for their epic updates (so the fights took longer).

Group was Troub, Illu (Ranger, Fury, Conjuror, Warlock). Granted, a Mystic would have been nice, but w/e, not going to happen any time soon.

So I started raiding again with my *new* toon, gonna start posting some parses. My gear (which means something) - t7 robe of Alkabor, t7 neck of pain, mythical, our set hat (the only good t8 raid item I got so far), dont have Praetors Guard yet too

, 64% crit in raid, 580 BoE and mix of t7 m1's + t8 ad3's.

Kor-Sha. Illu troub inquis ranger conj in group. I got bolt of ice master the other day and I have to say it makes a nice difference! Still missing Ice Spears though

Hey!

I've been doing pretty good. I took a huge break from MMOs after I quit EQ2 to focus on my business, but I did try out WoW a bit and didn't really get too much into it.

Right now I have my sights set on Age of Conan as it sounds fairly promising -- good graphics, interesting combat, and more importantly, they're planning on having 8 raid dungeons on release day. I believe it's coming out May 20th but if you preorder you get to play on the 17th.

I actually ran into Skratch on the AoC forums and we decided that we'd probably start up a guild as soon as possible after the game comes out with some high-end ex EverQuest 2 raiders from guilds such as Disso.

Anyone here that I know interested in AoC? I wasn't really at first, but I decided I'd give it a try and see how it is. I think it'd be pretty wicked to form a guild with quality people that I know from EQ2 though, so if anyone is thinking about leaving EQ2 feel free to hit me up.

How's everyone doing? =)
