3 proc effects, can have all 3 up at once too

1. -50% dehate
2. 25% cast speed, 20% reuse
3. Increases proc chances...by how much I don't know.

Cept its way better because it has a chance to increase your proc chance... also your estimate for him wearing the robe is a little overrated Fomka.. he might get at most 1k more dps... you have to keep in mind with his base dmg procs hes probalby hitting over base cap most of the time anyways.

Solo (and ignoring heat mastery/AA bonuses) I hit 85% base damage. So with a troub in raid im topping out at 95%, to give more clarity!

I prefer static % damage numbers, with proc's I'm usually way over the cap I think

Still waiting for Anashti belt, so I can get rid of STR line and I'll try to get Hate charm instead of Anashti's charm. Oh, and need that damn cloak from Bastion too

PS I was wondering, does base damage from our TSO aa's works as a standart base damage or it add's over the cap? I've had a feeling that it does or something else add's over the cap.

Does not push us over cap... btw I spec'd out of Fission AA since it does absolutely nothing for us folks who are at 100% base.
