Its all about the bards and chanters tbh. Get 4 each high attendance decent parsing bards and chanters, and your encounter times go down and everyone's parses go up. Any good raid starts with good support classes.

4 bards - yes. 4 chanters - not necessary, 2 illusionists is enough

Did it with 2, 3, 4 - not a big difference. Tho 3rd chanter being coercer makes more difference than 4th coerc/illu does. Beef up your raid with 4 top parsing sorcs and you are gtg to burn anything you like (in normal raid setup of course)

Coerc for debuffs imo. For raid benefit (and assuming 2 mage/troub groups max) I'd waaay rather a 2nd coerc than a 3rd illy.

Lets get not too tricky. Just debuff the fuck out of the mob. I mean hey, maybe while one is getting chain charmed on Tranq or Hate the other can be debuffing! Or if one dies you have another! Such a negative nancy, think outside the norm! I don't know, but when I get chain resists I'm not interested in stories! I just say plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz debuff <33.

Then maybe you should cast your own debuff as well, rather than crying for other's to debuff the mob for you? Maybe?

Clearly less than 2k in debuffs is enough to take an orange mob to a level where your ice comets will hit for 60-90k, clearly.

Why would I not cast my own debuff? When was the last time you saw me raid to confirm this? Oh yeah if you had any insight you'd know my debuff is always on the mob. You must be mistaking me for Fomka and Deus, they are the ones quoted suggesting they veer away from the wizard debuff spell. You know much more about this game then to say something as stupid like assuming a 2k elemental debuff is adequate for max dps on raid mobs. You're either trolling to troll, drunk, or retarded. Go 1 group PR with a wizard that has the Xebnok debuff belt. It might be news to you that resists are hellacious even with the wizard 2k debuff + the belt 2k proc debuff. Therefor, back to my original point you are for some reason argueing - everyone debuff the fuck out of the mob. No stories, I don't wanna hear them. Hit your debuff button, thanks!

ps. Even on training dummies. The amount our nukes hit for is night and day difference when we have just our Ice Spears debuff, verses when my first spell or 2 end up procing Xebnoks belt for an additional 2k debuff. The difference between just Ice Spears and Ice Spears + Funeral Pyre is huge in the dmg my spells hit for. So even crap as pathetic and weak as training dummies shows huge dmg improvement beyond our 2k debuff so please, everyone hit your shit!
