Start out with AGI and WIS and max them out...then go STR (but dont get the STR endline), then wizard tree (Fire and Ice), then once you have enough, go and spec in the TSO tree.

For soloing, mobs should die way to fast to make MB worth it, and same for low level grouping.

Manaburn is capped at 50% of a mob's health. For most mobs leveling up wizards have plenty of spells that will do that or more without spending 22 AA's to get.

It's a hateful class until you get reasonable casting speed. I'd beeline for AGI from the start.

Yeah but base damage makes it do more than 50% of the mobs health
