Wizards seem to bug me more then most classes for jester's cap. With EoF aa's the ability is actually a little different now and you may wish to actually adjust your cast orders some to maximize the benefits. I posted this is troub forums a while back ,but with your class so dependent on precise casting orders i thought i would share the info here so you could make the most of it.
Its pretty easy to see if you have profit ui because profit keeps track of stuff like reuse haste. When you first cast the spell it has 50% reuse reduction. At 25 seconds left it becomes 60% , At 20s left it becomes 70% , at 15s left it becomes 80%, at 10s left 90%, and in the last 5 seconds you have the full 100% reuse haste ( or 50% reduction.)
Here is a chart for the slow people.
30s - 50% reuse haste
25s - 60% reuse haste
20s - 70% reuse haste
15s - 80% reuse haste
10s - 90% reuse haste
5s - !00% reuse haste
I can't really tell if this a bug or the way it is supposed to be. It was never stated this was how it was supposed to work but it does follow the logical progression that would suggest deliberate planning.
