Default PVP Mail of frost

Ok so i have this little lowbie wizard on vox. I try to use all i know about this game to twink him out( i dont have a lvl 70 to twink with nor do i buy plats from station.) Atm he is lvl 28 with 41 AA's . My combat exp is off so the only exp i gain is from quest allowing me to get huge amounts of AA vs. lvl. I'm about to raise him up a few lvls so i was mapping his aa build at each stopping point. Goal is by lvl 50 to have all 100. I was wondering if i should store points in my eof tree for when i get mof. I should probably explain my current build some so you can understand a bit better.

I have 25 points in sorcerer battle mage line - 4-4-8-6-2. In wizard tree i have 10 in magi shielding 5 in the enhance to the debuff and 1 point floating. My gear is all about mit and resist and I'm fully mastered. This allows me to have better resist then most priest and better mit then most scouts. I've found in pvp its much better to take damage well rather then put out a few more dps. I often will allow opponents to beat on me before i engage to help run them oop(mostly priest.)

So with a build like that would it be worth it to put points in mof enhancement at 40 ?
