Maximum left-side-gear raid dps

This is not another vain gear-list thread, but an attempt to decide what is absolutely the best gear a wizard should aspire to on the left side for dps purposes. This here is my first attempt.

Head: Cap of Temporal Foresight
Cloak: Cloak of Unrest
Chest: Robe of Al'Kabor (no contest)
Shoulders: Cowl of Temporal Foresight
Forearms: Cuffs of Temporal Foresight
Hands: Gloves of Sagacity
Belt: Bone-Clasped Girdle (no contest)
Legs: Pantaloons of Temporal Foresight (no contest)
Feet: Slippers of Temporal Foresight

Yes that's right. Gloves of Sagacity beats Breath of the Destroyer, so you will use the former as one of your 2 non-set pieces.

Cloak: Cloak of Unrest

I personally would take all the proc gear before the 5 set bonus (however I'm more likely to get 5 set bonus than all the proc gear). I'm leaning towards Vine-Wrapped Boots, Staff of Light, Necro Orb. I'm preferential to that over the mayong orb and set boots or matron boots.

Thats just me. /shrug

i'm going to have to go with:

head: Cap of temporal foresight
cloak: vincenzi's voluminous cloak (does the earing from the avatars stack with the unrest cloak?)
chest: robe of al'kabor (of course)
shoulders: cowl of temporal foresight
forearms: temporal foresight or insulated
hands: temporal foresight
belt: bone clasp or insulated
legs: temporal foresight (yep)
feet: vinewrapped, temporal foresight or matron boots

This is probably more than you were looking for, but i have gone through every possible T7 raid drop in the game, as well as any useful non-raid dropped items, and this would be my ideal set of gear, and what I am working towards.

For the record, since gear choices reflect on AA setups and vice versa, I am speced AGI/WIS/Heat/Cold (no manaburn).

1) Primary Gear - this would be my ideal set of dps gear:

Head: Cap of Temporal Foresight (5 set bonus)
Pants: Pantaloons of Temporal Foresight (5 set bonus)
Shoulders: Cowl of Temporal Foresight (5 set bonus)
Forearms: Cuffs of Temporal Foresight (5 set bonus)
Gloves: Gloves of Temporal Foresight (5 set bonus)
Chest: Robe of Al'Kabor
Boots: Slippers of Al'Kabor
Cloak: Mistmoore's Cloak (2% spell crits would be better than 65 to all spells if not using Cloak of Unrest due to stacking issues with the avatar ear)
Belt: Belt of Purity
Neck: Necklace of Pain
Ear1: Hoop of Planar Power
Ear2: Earring of Unkempt Power
Ring1: Band of Braided Veins (provides higher single target dps than ring of supremacy)
Ring2: Ring of the Four Winds
Wrist1: Wristbands of Lost Knowledge
Wrist2: Vzee'rist's Sash of Draining
Primary: Staff of Light
Ranged: Dark Orb of the Mind
Charm1: Marcus' Lucky Coin
Charm2: Any +INT hex doll or item.

2) Some decent alternatives worth noting, but would be largely 2nd choice personally (OR if for example, a must-have item was introduced that would remove the possibility of wearing 5 pieces for the set-bonus)

Head: Circlet of Conjuration
Pants: Pantaloons of Mystical Silk (although set pants are far superior, but this would be 2nd best)
Shoulders: Cowl of the Crypt
Forearms: Insulated Sleeves of Focus
Gloves: Gloves of Sagacity
Boots: Vine-wrapped Boots
Cloak: Cloak of the Burning Prince (Cloak of Unrest is a must-have if dont have the avatar ear)
Belt: Bone Clasped Girdle
Ears: Mystical Orb of the Invoker / Glowing Mote of Magic
Rings: Ring of Supremacy
Wrists: Bracelet of Thule/Blessed Bracelet of Hate
Primary: Wand of Crystalized Plasma
Ranged: Necromantic Orb of the Death Reveler

3) Additional power proc items, that can be swapped in depending on the nature of the extended fight (e.g. Avatars and Contested Mayong):

Head: Circlet of Dark Thoughts
Pants: Pantaloons of Mystical Silk
Shoulders: Mantle of the Clairvoyant
Boots: Slippers of Zal'Naz
Cloak: V'Ncenzi's Voluminous Cape
Primary: Wand of the Tempest
Ranged: Necromantic Orb of the Death Reveler

I have seen a lot of these best/desired gear threads over time but how many of u wizzys have or are very close to having ur optimal gear setup? Just curious
