I disagree mar. Cloak of zet is a shitty proc. But just cause it doesnt say 1.8x a min. or 2.0 times a minute like your used to reading doesn't mean its a low proc rate. What is the actual number that 1.8x a minute equates to as far as proc % chance? My vine boots go off just as much as my other 1.8x a minute procs. In my parse actually...I often see 1.8x a minute procs...proc more than the 2.0x a minute ones. Im not sure but I swore 1.8x a minute leans more towards 7 - 10% but I could be wrong totally.
As far as the cloaks...I'd personally wear the new one. I can get my vine boots to proc a few times in a row without shutting off. I have a feeling a 16% proc with twice the length of its active proc, would be easier to pull this off with. Tho i have never worn the unrest cloak...so I dont have first hand knowledge how good that one works. swap em in and out and whatever puts up the high numbers, roll with it

I know that I tested the 10% casting speed proc with cloak of zet...to see where it puts me with TC on me. With the AGI line, TC giving 25% cast speed. A troub buff giving 7.2% speed. When the 10% proc went off, alot of my casting times were either at 50% speed or DAMN close to 50% casting speed. Personally Giot, if you have robe of alkabor i'd keep the cloak of unrest. Cause if Robe of Alkabor procs...and then your cloak procs isn't that kinda silly? Where as if your robe of alkabor procs and Unrest cloak procs for the recast timers. you'll be firing your spells at 50% more often than normal
. /shrug. Cool cloak still...hopefully i can get that one and pretend Unrest never existed.
