Ya theres some crazy shit out there for WoW. I use a trading site and display my email because it shows how much rep I have on that site(like paypal verified, trustwho verified). I get emails from time to time from
Accounts@blizzard.com or something that looks completely legit. Somehow they send blizzard an email and have it bounce off to another email but has the same title and email info and its sent to whoevers email theyre trying to scam, mine in this case. So you look at the email, everything looks legit and its like wow I got into beta finally! Then you go to the site, it looks completely legit other then it asking you for EVERY peice of information possible tied to your account and the link address is something obvious like wowbeta.freewebspace.com or something similar to that.
I dont like sharing this site because I know some people that use this site are douchebags and would take advantage of the scams being explained on the site, but it is also very helpful to read to see what the shitholes of the universe are up to lately and what scams they are running and how they work etc.
The site is mmowned.com , AKA IMO ebonlores second homepage(exploits, hacks etc all explained).
I was trading a while ago when I quit AoC because it obviously sucked. I traded for a 4x 70 wow account. 2 days later it was recalled. After it was recalled I made up BS threats to the guy and he changed the info back on my AoC account but he didnt change his forum username. I then matched his forum username with the forum username on the site(mmowned) and sure enough it was him. His scams were so sickening that I emailed blizzard with every peice of information I had on the account and was acting stupid about it like I didnt know it was a bannable offense and that I wanted it back. I told them I bought it and gave them every char name, char lvl, and all the account info and was scammed out of my money because it was recalled.
A day later I see the guy QQing on the forums about his 4x 70 account being banned.
Revenge is fucking awesome, what I really want to figure out is how to make someones RL hell w/o getting caught(not without a very good reason though), but ill probably stay away from the illegal stuff(like ordering them mass pizzas).
Getting accounts perma banned is good enough for me.
But ya be careful about those keyloggers, theyre nasty. I had both my paypal and CC keylogged before. Thank god it was from a foreign IP so my bank and paypal cancelled both almost immediately. Only $100 was spent before the freezes.
