Even though my main is a no body doesn't mean I cannot use these forums as intended.

Calling someone names is very grown up. Did you learn that in the third grade? While not only myself but others have posted how absurd Insurgance actually is, all you can do is call them names rather then try and defend yourself? I find it funny that you haven't but tried to pass the buck saying that the guild leader is only filling in because the previous guild leader is MIA.

The facts still remain:

1) Insurgance has no sense when it comes to getting master spells for their guild.

2) Insurgance tries raid content thats more difficult then they can handle.

3) Insurgance cannot even defend their actions because they themselves know that the previous two points are right on the money.

Tnilf is cool. He has been the raid officer since b4 skrye left. We are in the process of getting more burst dps atm. Hell Today was the first time in a while we had a proper mage group.

Ok so um how about some suggestions? I mean we have a shit ton in our bank and some dupes / random shit on broker .. Stuff in GB is guild only obviously .. if you want anything from T on the broker please mail him.

well .. thats a half truth... we are still learn certain strats, ill admit that. However, we do smish T7 contested and 90% KoS instances. Isnt that enough?

I wonder how stealing another guilds strat is actually "learning certain strats." While watching another guild pull the matron I could clearly see that they had something unique. Then you pulled the matron encounter and got pawned. The second time you pulled it though you tried to mimic the other guilds strat and still got pawned. This leads me to believe that you guys no nothing about the game mechanics and searching for any possible way to win without having to learn things on your own.

I am well aware of the post about the spells you "need." However, in my dealings with Tnilf, and the officers, all he wants is Dispatch M1, and that is all he will accept. So as far as I'm concerned they can take all their masters and shove them where the sun doesn't shine. Considering that he could have sold those masters by now your guild bank would probably have several hundred plat by now.

And as far as affording a master I could probably spend more then you and not worry about it. However, no one is going to buy a master listed at 1000 plat. So by the time Insurgance gets their head out of their ass I'll probably get the spell to drop for me and they'll be shit up the creek without a paddle.

But maybe you can varify something for me bardiac. Is it true that the officers have Unlimited DKP. An Ex-member of yours said that Officers there have unlimited DKP and take anything they like pretty much. Was looking at your guild roster and see that most of your members still have pieces of tier 6 gear, and the officers do look really geared out. Dunno but maybe this is a reason you cannot get members because of loot hording officers?

This has been the way Skrye-led guilds have been ran from the beginning. Basically, Skrye and 1 or 2 other tanks get first pick of any loot and the 'rabble' get to bid on the leftovers.

That's utter bullshit. Unless things have changed since I relinquished leadership, the officers follow the same EKP rules as the rest of the guild. I should know, I maintained the EKP for 6 months.

Most officer ranks and above have above-average attendance with respect to the rest of the guild. Therefore, by default they accrue more EKP and can thus purchase more loot.

The ONLY exception I know to this rule is when a "main tank clause" has been enacted such that certain loot will benefit the guild the most on the main tank. Incidentally, the main tank for Insurgence is not in an "officer or above" position. In the time I was in guild, we enacted this clause exactly TWICE.

Also, to the OP, this whole thread cries of a "I'm bitching because someone else has something I want and won't give it to me" thread. Shrouding your jealousy in attacks at the ability of the guild to get masters for its members is quite transparent.

It's not bullshit at all, Shaemus. I didn't say officers. What I said is true. If Insurgence decided to finally make it fair after Skrye left again, then good on them. Probably enacted twice because those were the only items that dropped worth having from the T6 and Labs runs. No need to spend ekp on claymore quest rewards...
