Nah, I'm starting to accept the fact that I'm not an ogre anymore. I'm in one of those final stages of racial transposition. I still cry at night, but now at least it's not every night.

I have a dream... a dream of a guild on this server that

1. can clear zones each week without there being a cluster fuck.
2. doesn't waste a ton of my time with things like ninja afk's, switching people in and out of raids 200 times, starting 30 minutes late every night, etc.
3. treats their members nicely and people outside nicely
4. Has fair loot rules and follows the rules laid out
5. understands people have real lives
6. Recruits people based on skill and personality rather on what classes are needed at the moment.
7. Has leadership that doesnt bully, play favorites, and has the respect of the members.
8. Has people that dont get offended by words like fuck and suck.
9. I enjoy logging in and spending time with them each night. A place that feels like a home away from home.
10. And last... needs more cow bell.

Anything like that on this server? Or any server?

Well if you took out #8, EL would be a perfect match. I don't think people REALLY get offended, it's just a respect thing. Its an overall guild attitude. Don't talk smack, don't talk trashy and don't disrespect people. Why is that so diffucult?
