When guilds fall apart it is a lack of leadership. a lack in either skill or will.

Rlam lacked the will to lead and left, Kat didn't posses the skill to put people in their place, and before that Phal lacked the will to continue this game.
Leadership, or lack of, is what breaks guilds. Not a few loud of out spoken members.

BTW, No offence to any of you I mentioned, but you know its true. Its true or the events would of never happened.
