Was it actually a clip or a still frame picture? and why didn't you see a copy of the picture LFG to judge for yourself if there was actual ejaculation? Because if there wasn't how is a man (possibly a dog breeder?) having his hand on a dog's underside any worse then that avatar I've seen floating around with a small Chiwauwa (SP?) showing his hanging Balls?

I mean it would be one thing if you saw the picture yourself and came to a decision to suspend/ban someone that way, but you clearly stated you did not see it yourself.
I'm not saying Calthine is this kind of person, but what if one of your mods simply had it out for someone for one reason or another? I mean it sounds kind of fishy that the picture no longer even exists because 'kiddo' uses that computer? After saying she saves 'evidence'???

I may be wrong but I seem to recall someone else posting a link to some ex-EQ2mod turned pornstar's site and I recall you posting a warning and not suspending him.
My point being this, Please do not turn into hypocritical SoE. The 'law' applies to All and both the picture and the link meet the criteria you set yet one was a slap on the wrist and the other resulted in suspension?

Rule's are a good thing for us, and a good thing for your mod team. If you haven't already I strongly suggest setting a guideline for your mods to follow Rather then having free-run to interpret your rules and pass judgement as they see fit.

I think Maria was only suspended at first, then banned after registering more accounts, thats the way I read the evidence anyways.

I pay Calthine to act as an Admin here. Calthine is the only other person besides me who has the authority to make that decision. Even George Whatthefuck Bush has a vice president, I fail to see what your point is.

If Calthine says Maria posted a pic of a human hand was masturbating a dog, that is enough to support the decision she made. That, on its face, is NSFW for being obscene and pornographic.

I define pornography and obscenity here based on the test suggested by Justice Stevens in a US Supreme Court opinion many years ago. I can't always describe it, but I know it when I see it.

Even though I did not personally see"it" in this case, Calthine saw it. That's all I need to know. I have a day job, and am not going to remove her ability to use common sense until I get off work, sometimes 10 to 12 hours later.

But the important thing in this case is Maria was never banned UNTIL he decided to be a fucking asshole and compound the problem.

Maria was only banned for 3 days. FOR POSTING A PIC OF A HUMAN HAND MASTURBATING AN ANIMAL. THE BOARD RULES SAY YOU CAN'T DO THAT, IN LANGUAGE ANYONE CAPABLE OF READING THIS CAN COMPREHEND:

Everyone except Maria, apparently.

He then made a new account and posed as a different user. IN CASE YOU DIDN'T NOTICE, the rules also say you can't do that here.

I then posted some replies, and waited hours for him to respond. He didn't, so of course I banned the second account he improperly made.

But get this: EVEN THEN, I HAD NOT PERMA BANNED HIS FIRST ACCOUNT HERE. His three day suspension would have run out today.

And yet, after being told in no uncertain terms NOT TO DO IT AGAIN, the lame ass stupid fuck created a third account for the purpose of telling me that he doesn't have to follow our rules, he can create as many accounts as he wants, and that he can and will do whatever he wants, when he wants.

What you are failing to understand is that Maria wasn't perma banned because of the picture he posted, he was perma banned because of what he did AFTER he posted that picture. He clearly proved and directly stated he cannot be trusted and refused to abide by the simple rules of this site.

If he really wanted to resolve the issue and thought he had a valid explanation, he could have sent me a PM using the "contact the admin" email feature in several places on this site. Even unregistered and banned users can do that. Instead, he decided to be an asshole and say he wasn't going to follow any rules. Sorry, we can't allow people like that to post here.

I don't give a shit whether you post here or not. I don't care whether you agree that a picture of someone masturbating a dog is ok to post on a site that prohibits NSFW pics because 50% of our users are viewing this site from work. Your opinion about that doesn't matter to me at all. This issue is not subject to negotiation. If you are so fucking stupid that you are actually defending this terrorist asshole and agree with him, you also have no fucking clue and can go fuck yourself.

I think you missed my point? I didnt even mention the multiple accoutns OR banning. Only the initial Suspension, which in turn did lead to the dork making more accounts.

Then again that brings up another point, the ruels say the accoutns will be merged into the one with the worse reputation and nothing about banning for dodging a suspension by making a 2nd account.

Also, no where in the rules does it say "Any Violation of the site Rules will Result in Suspension and at the discretion of the site Admin Banning" This is something I also would strongly advise being added to the site rules section.

I don't specify the punishment, only the rules.

Except for really really bad things, this site always does a 3 day suspension for first violations, lifetime ban for second.

I cannot define every circumstance of what a really bad thing is. That is my personal judgement call.

That is the uniform punishment. I'm not making the rules longer by typing that into them.

I honestly don't think LFG needs to add rules outlining how not to be a retard. It's not a vast fucking intellectual leap to know that if you are banned, it might be kind of fucking stupid to make not one but TWO subsequent alt accounts to carry on posting on the site.

Also, 'A slap on the Wrist to one person and a suspension to another is Un-Just' - where has this happened pray tell? O, wait, you are assuming it might or could happen. I've not seen any instances of unjust modding here, it's all lightweight andin the background. It takes a true blue, dyed in the wool, moron to get the mods on their backs here.

LFG has made the rules pretty straightforward and allowed that anyone with more than an IQ of 50 can work out what's on and what's not. He's deliberately not written pages and pages of rules. I like that - but then again I like to think I'm not a moron.

I never said I agreed with him. And I do not defend his action. My point was for you and your Mods not to be hypocritical. The person that posted the link to the ex-EQ2mods pornsite was not suspended, the person with a avatar, that clearly shows a dogs Balls is not suspended, yet this person was.
Why wasn't the image deleted and the person warned? why was he suspended when others just got a slap on the wrist.

Yes you were right for banning him because of the multiple acocunts after you had given him a warning. But suspending him without the chance to defend himself and contest the deletion of his picture in the first place was wrong when so many others recieved a warning first. If after being warned he reposted it then would of been the proper time to suspend and possibly ban him.

Again, Why is his punishment for the crime of posting NSFW material worse then the other two I mentioned to the point he was suspended and they were not?

I have one co-Admin for the purpose of enforcing rules when I'm not on, and that's Calthine. It's just me and her. There are no "mods".

I've put hundreds of hours into designing this site and developing the rules. This site has been open for almost two months and a total of four people have been banned during that entire time.

I need to be able to use my discretion with regard to penalties, and will not be attempting to write a 10,000 word treatise to define Uniform Sentencing Guidelines for this site. The bottom line is that anyone capable of staying out of prison should have no problem following the rules of this site and being a member of this community. I will treat people who act like criminals and who refuse to follow the rules here in the way I deem most appropriate under the circumstances.
