Here's the convo I just had with the CSR via Chat...
I didnt get the last bit of the convo where he tells me he doesn't have the current ETA of this case and I asked what that meant and he said You have to phone support.
Apparantly when you click the "End Session" button it closes the window.
Shalimaar and other doubting members of Phoenix, do you need any OTHER proof that I'm really suspended and this isn't just a hoax?
