Seriously this is nuts. I literally quit playing my templar for a while after reading about the itemization in RoK.

She rolled and lost and on an item and gets booted. Phoenix did you a favor by removing you from a group of asshats. Sucks that there are folks in that guild that are probably decent but they should bail anyway.

Not sure, but I had a friend get banned in the past by mistake, she sent out a few guild in game e-mails & they got flagged as spam somehow.

Here's the convo I just had with the CSR via Chat...







I didnt get the last bit of the convo where he tells me he doesn't have the current ETA of this case and I asked what that meant and he said You have to phone support.

Apparantly when you click the "End Session" button it closes the window.

Shalimaar and other doubting members of Phoenix, do you need any OTHER proof that I'm really suspended and this isn't just a hoax?

Oh, I think it's likely that you are suspended.

I find the reasoning questionable. Let's go over what we know:

1) You cannot log in. Reason given: "Account Suspended"

2) See 1

Until I see something concrete, that's all I'd be willing to claim. I still find it hard to believe a guild can mass-petition to get someone suspended without something substantial on which to base their grievances. It seems like it'd be too easy to grief someone.

More than likely they reported her for harassment or something to that effect. I'm not on that server and don't know Jinx but I'm betting from her own statements she can be pretty blunt in channel chat and some Phoenix folks just reported it as harassment. It's a totally asinine thing to do but so far Phoenix is really proving her point for her.

Personally I love the post in here where the guy comes in to defend Phoenix and basically says,

I'm a friend of Phoenix and this isn't true. Her screen shots are doctored. I know what she says isn't true but can't/won't prove it.

Well, if that's the case, then I'd need to see what they reported. If they reported her for a specific instance of her being "blunt" in public chat, then let's see it.

Because until we do, no one here can pass judgement.
