I don't think most people quit because they have a problem with the game. I think most people quit because they have something else in their life and just don't have time to raid anymore. People come back to the game when they bored and don't have anything else to do. When I broke up with my ex I was tempt to go back to hardcore raiding again, luckily I found myself a new girl real fast to keep me occupied

I'll keep playing with the people I'm playing with, it's easy to keep lots of friends and contacts when you don't jump guilds and servers like a maniac. Or when you don't tattletale on people in your own guild over an open forum.

If it became a matter of will, I could make the time to raid every free waking hour of my life till I died. But look at how raiding has "evolved" in this game; it hardly introduces more possibilities to the gameplay, rather it consistently just adds more restrictions.

Lots of friends are overrated! Besides did you forget that I have left CL once and then came back to them? Oh you did?

The other guilds hardly count as they all, oh I dunno, dissolved. There is no more Amend, there is no more FoH, there is no more Vagabonds. Can't burn bridges with guilds that no longer exist!

It's an unwritten rule...or perhaps buried on the Disso website where it shows Fumtik and all the others that withdrew as "denied"...that when you join, you must become an arrogrant asshole. If anyone asks, you are the best at your class and know everything about it.

Tangarth, You were always on, raiding with Stasis...never spoke aloud. A spot with Disso opened up and you went for it. Which I find hilarious considering they basically disowned you when they "kicked" you. Ishbu's words. Every person that leaves Disso or gets "kicked"...Disso ALWAYS burns the bridge with that player.

I guess it doesn't apply anymore since Disso isn't led by anyone...

Edit+: this is when someone continues to play the game...but leaves the guild and joins another one...or they are booted.

Ishbu was a good leader a lot of the time, but 90% of the problems in the guild at the time he caused himself.

I was an officer in stasis, I talked a lot you probably didn't hear me :p
