Nah, Tangarth starts rumors about Disso disbanding like this every few months.
This is just the latest. 
Plus, Calaglin said that if Disso ever disbanded, he would be the first to post about it, so this latest rumor just couldn't be true.

It's a very expensive rumor if that's the case. Disso and Second Dawn members are on Unrest even as we speak, spamming the chat channels for masters and joining pick up groups. So unless they're paying $100/head for a "hoax" we are seeing the death of two top tier the guilds, and the birth of a new one.

Are they coming to Unrest for the dev presence here?
Why do members of Disso and SD still need masters?
Most importantly, why in the name of God are they joining pickup groups?
I think the hoax is Confirmed.
