Not sure what is more retarded, this recruitment policy or the giving out your credit cards to strangers.

It seems to me that the individuals who violated SOE's User Agreement in the first place are Bitzi and Gull. I also was in violation by accepting ownership of "Alledria" but being a new player, I failed to recognize this at the time.

To elaborate on this issue...

The original owner of the toon=the creator of the toon. Doesn't matter who's idea it was to loan/give/transfer/whatever(doesn't matter what that was either), the toon always "belonged" to Bitzi.

The "new player" argument doesn't mean shit, unless SOE releases different parts of the EULA depending on how long you've played the game. The EULA is presented in full to every player, no matter how long they've played. If you just scrolled down to the bottom to get the accept icon to be clickable, then tough luck for you. You literally have no recourse available to Bitzi taking a character that belonged to them back, (unless Bitzi used your CC to transfer the characters back, which doesn't seem to be the case).

Should I go on? You said how awesome gull was at running the guild.. then you said some crap about me being afk when leading a raid? Well shit.. gull must be a genius... but since you must have forgotten, I lead raids in gull's absence after a discussion among the guild's officers and their mutual agreement. So.. what, again, exactly is your point? I recall on the night you mention I stated quite clearly that i had to take my daughter somewhere at the time the raid started.. i made it back for the namer.. and then came up with a new strat for the namer because sony changed pawbuster's script. We proceeded to one-pull the namer after that.. then went on to clear ToT and PR as we always did.

In retrospect, all that shit you posted is just about as off-topic in this thread as that silly bullshit that you posted of from a nutjob when she got pissed off that she had to take down copyrighted material taken from another website. In case no one read the big words to you yet, that's all that was about.
