Read the EULA again. You are entitled to nothing. "In SOE's eyes" they own your character.
To Getreal: I didn't feel like quoting your wall of text that served little purpose other then making people's eyes bleed.
However, I thank you for proving that the more people congregate together the stupider they become as a whole. You have indeed added a new level of stupid to eq2flames.
To your comments on loaning toons:
Why on earth would anyone LOANING a toon to someone ask or agree to the loaned toon coming off the account they control? If it was just a loaner their would be no purpose, if the terms were that the person borrowing it pay for the account, why not just pay for the account its already on then delete the credit card information from the account?
Either your a retard that doesn't have a clue what all actually happened or the person loaning it out and agreeing for it to come off onto a account she didn't control is. At this point I think the later of the two is far more probable.
To your comments on replacing EOF/ROK fabled with ROK treasured/legendary:
Well, maybe learn more about the game you play. its pretty obvious to people here why KOS and EOF fabled gear is obsolete compared to a lot of KOS treasured even. Unless of course it was avatar gear, but somehow i seriously doubt that. Good luck on educating yourself and finding out.
Yes, the iron was left on.
