I created a character on LDL to watch over a friend's kids and DUDE, there is very little RP at all on that server. The closest thing to RP I found on that server was the guild I mistakenly joined and as soon as I loaded up teamspeak I get a bunch of S & M chat flooding my ears....

Other then that, I think I ran across more people trying to get into character on Crushbone then I ever did on LDL.

That is the same in all games: there is least RP on RP servers cause 'real RPers' drive everibody that actually wants to RP away and they spend their time being emo vampires with one eye closed by a scar while other is glowing/penetrating/evil green/red/yellow/blue colour while expresses deep sadness. Oh, and they have aura that makes you run in terror/fall madly in love/feel very sad/become a slave of the char. That is, when they are not arguing among themselves or driving people that want to RP to other servers.

RP servers so people can play and get into characters without 'true RPers' destroying their play.

PS: 'All games' being those I tried out that have RP servers: WoW, EQ2, AoC. Although in Lotro people do /laugh /point or /pity and finally /ignore so they are relatively contained.

Ok, I just want to speak up for some of my-in game- friends that play on a RP server. I checked and for the most part, everyone trashing RPers said stuff like "most" or "95%" of Rpers. This made me happy in the pants because really the thought of TRUE vampires existing in the real world scares the %^$# out of me. So I'm going to flame all those "real RPers" that are bashing the noms. I find it hilarious that these guys came up with such a novel idea. IMO as long as they are playing frogloks that say nom at the end of a sentence or whatnot then really its the same as me using strange words that make odd references to things that come back to the original word that was replaced. An example the Pink Floyd song have a cigar talks about "riding the gravytrain" or living the good life. Sometimes instead of saying "sweet", "awesome", or "cool" I say "gravytrain". This confuses people sometimes. So I explain to them what i'm talking about and they say: Ok neat, high five for having some personality. Sooo back to flaming the weirdo's that only play on an RP server to get in touch with their inner emo. If you want to rp a vampire then start shooting heroin regularly and then try stopping. That craving your feeling is what a REAL vampire would feel for human blood. Now junkies and the things they'll do to get a fix is what scares me. That and super human powers that a vampire might have. So i'm curious about what will be said in reply so in closing. Look me up on LDL as Pelea Quickfingers. Also I have a toon on AB known as Gribaogi. Anyone that would like to RP with me is welcome I'm just a rookie to the whole thing and so try my best but fall short sometimes. Anyway much love to the Noms for their creative and novel idea. Bye.

The Nom Nom thing is actually the best shit that can be called RP on that server! i spent there a few weeks, that server is not about RP, it's about fucking tards(most of them) who think they can RP.
