they almost got banned for saying nom in everything like nomtastic and nomrific. so now they just add -nom after everything they say.

I'm curious to know if they are doin this on other servers. any other nom sightings?

Hello from Makarnomonom! There are people (quite a few we might add) that have been trying/are trying to get The Noms Banned on the RP server.
The Noms are frogloks. This all started about a week ago, when we had one of our members start spamming the 1-9 chat. He got banned, and believe me the rest of us are sorry about his spamming.
After that happened, we have garnered much hate from people who have decided we are all spammers, power-gamers, GRIEFERS being the most used word. We sit in chat and help people who ask questions and often help people who need help on thier quests. We only add -nom to the end of our sentences. Thats griefing??
We used to use nom words, such as Nomtastic, but people /petitioned us and a GM said our nom words were banned because they were sexual in nature. LOL. Nomtastic is sexual in nature??
In any event, we are not trying to harm anyone or anyone elses gameplay. This is an RP server and we are RP'ing frogloks. I encourage anyone that wants to see the persecution of the Noms firsthand, to log onto the RP server in 1-9 chat. We are not bothering anyone, yet the same people keep repeatedly sending /reports to the GM's saying we are griefing trying to get us banned, because we do not fit THIER defined playstyle.

besides: nomnom is a common term in lolspeak and actually started in lolcats-captures (Lolcats ‘n’ Funny Pictures - I Can Has Cheezburger?)

Why isnt it roleplay because you deem it not? It could be Internet Slang, but if i wanted to 'Roleplay' someone saying "Fo' Shizzle" where am I wrong? (besides the fact that i'm Role Playing to begin with)

I want to join this guild so bad now, but i would probably be kicked cause i'd give them a bad name. I'd add Nom infront of words like every sentance like the Smurfs.

This is probably the Best Guild Gimmick since there was some Gnome Depot guild harrassing me on Nek.
