Ok, I know shit all about either guild aside from what I have read here. That having been said, I want to congratulate the OP on most likely fucking your guild over real bad style. I really see no good that can come from this for your guild.
Alright I admit I didn't read all of the screen shots you posted. I think I got the gist of it.

Ahem... You are not happy with the way your guild might be heading so you decided to post it here. Here on EQ2FLAMES. So, you publicized the goings-on of your guild for the entire eq2 community to view and no fucking doubt view negatively.
At work this afternoon I spotted this gem with about 3 replies. It has been at least 12 hours since going up and still no response from your guild Kraken. I can only assume that they are on a severe witch hunt to hunt you down and fucking kill you (something I believe every guild would do in this situation), or are still reeling from the severe drama you just created.

Side note: thank you for this post. My eyes widened like a child looking at a huge piece of candy when I saw this at lunch today. Cheeridoodles!

Lemme give a shout to Kraken. If you have a player that has posted this whole extremely private information for all to see, that player has been planning to leave you all for some time and will no doubt do so within the next week or that said player is so fucking retarded that s/he believes this will resolve your guild's issues.

Eh, the OP is an anon account that was just made for this thread. LFG, the site administrator and one of the front line drama-stirrer's from our competing guild on Nagafen, responded to this thread within a minute of the first post going up. Either he had exceptional luck and happened to be watching this forum and hit refresh as the post was first made by a Kraken member, or else it, hrm, wasn't a Kraken member that made this. See Nagafen forums for the "real" thread on this, from a non-Kraken member, which was coincidentally made about 30 mins prior to this one.

Regardless, one of our disgruntled members did leak screenshots. They'll be removed tonight when they log in. Life goes on. =)
