Hello everyone, it's me again, and I'd just like to say that Davram has got the wrong person, it's not Sinat, he would never do anything like that and Davram is just on a witch hunt...the wrong person was caught in his cross hairs and I feel terrible about that.

I have some more screenshots to add to my story...I hope these bring light on some more situations...I'm sorry Sinat...you got mixed up in something you had nothing to do with and Davram is being the bull headed moron he's always been and you are taking the heat for it...

No, he is (was) in no way an officer, lol. That accout is a recently created anon account for the purpose of making this little smear campaign public. He had been sharing his private forum account info with a member of our main competition for a few weeks now, and we got him.

The argument that he posted in the first post of this thread was nearly identical to previous discussions he had with Davram (Kraken guild leader) about his concerns for the guild. Down to the word in some cases. He claimed innocence, but with all the signs put together there was no doubt it was him.

Let's be a bit of a devil's advocate here: Was he really concerned about the guild? What confuses me is how he would EVER think that he'd make it through this and retain a Kraken guild tag? On the surface he appeared to show honest concern (misguided and misinformed, but lets assume it was honest), and maintained to the end that he was innocent, but rather than expressing his concerns in private guild forums he went about this in the worst way possible. And combined with the fact that he had been willingly sharing his account info with an Onyx member for some time now, for those reasons I just can't believe even a bit of his story.

Conclusion: He was willing to betray his guild all along, and he had no intention of remaining a member. I would not be surprised to see him wearing an Onyx tax within a few days. That's fine with me... weeding out the untrustworthy fucks always makes a guild better. When most of the betrayers, failures, and general douchebags end up under one banner (the Onyx tag), it's easier to keep track of them. =)

So... After being outted about selling in-game plat for IRL money to fund server transfers, you punish an innocent person because you got kicked in the balls?
