if it's a proxy and lfg has no way of linking the two accounts, he doesn't ban it. they almost always screw up and get banned eventually though. there's also a chance he doesn't have 2 accounts and this is the first account he's made here.

Yeah, except that's not actually true. Sinat didn't give anyone those screenshots. I don't know him, and I didn't have anything to do with any of this, but yeah - prove Sinat sent the screens instead of trying to make this look better by saying he did. He may have had various IPs logging into his account (knowingly or not I don't know) but I don't think he took those screenshots or sent them to anybody. I would also be curious to know if any of those IPs matched anyone in Kraken tbh.
