i hope you seriously arnt planning to recruit despair to your vanguard guild, cos at it stands, he's probally the worlds worst healer i have ever encountered. i remember loggin on his toon to finish pp access and he didnt even have 1 instant ward on his hotbars, no spiritual circle.

PP access was a long time ago, and you know hotbars and UI's are local not server side? just because his layout was different from your's doesnt mean he never used them. perhaps there were on a custom UI hotbar that linked directly from the spell book?
