I have been in TR for over a year now.
I am not an officer, just a member and these are my thoughts.
In that time i've had my share of disagreements with E about things. What i have found is the more time and effort you put in, the more likely you are to have your opinion listened to. I have been on the end of E's wrath earlier on when I wanted to voice my opinion, and yes, if you keep it up, she's prolly not gonna talk to you for awhile....Now days though I think i have gained a certain amount of respect from her and she does listen. That still doesnt mean she'll agree with me. Now i could get all emo about that...or I could deal with it, respect her decision as leader and stfu.
At the end of the day if the way things are run is not your cup of tea...then i guess you gotta move on.....unfortunately dixxy...it appears kor had to do that for you. This does kinda appear to me like you're alittle butthurt you got kicked Dixxy.
I assume you didnt want to move on as CL was already done with you so only direction was down? why you leave CL again?
We die to stuff....I guess everyone behind us on progression must die alot more. So I dont see a real problem with dying if the end result is understanding the encounter and killing it. Id assume CL would stick at an encounter til its dead too....avatar of fear T7 mebe? Or do you guys get to wipe 5 now then call it a night?I have never understood the attitude of " oh noes we died alot...lets give up and go do something easy ". How does that approach fit in a guild trying to acomplish all they can.
We may not progress as fast as CL....but i think we do pretty good....clearing VP b4 some servers had there first guild clear it.

The day you got booted dixxy u mentioned to me E had one of my masters on the broker.....I then start getting tells that...oh no E is selling peoples masters and making people pay for them. Way to create drama over nothing....E checked with me when she logged in...they had got it at a raid i wasnt on and once i said i needed...i got.
TR has kindly met me halfway on all the masters I purchased...this has been a standing policy since RoK came out. I can only speak from my experience but ive found the Guild to be more than generous in helping me get mastered.
Her policy on apps and masters imo is a good one.....why the fuck hand out a master to someone that hasnt been there long enough to A: be accepted on skill B: be accepted on attendance C: show any commitment to guild.
again this sounds like an area where you disagree with E....got put down and got emo.
I think it was Slamdar that asked why alot of us stay.....Again...I can only speak for myself....There are good people in TR and i for one enjoy the environment we have there....We get things done...albiet perhaps not as fast as CL but faster than anyone else on the server....
If you gave me the choice of a leader who Leads with an iron hand or a wishy washy indecisive person who gives in at the first sign of disagreement,...i'll take the former thanks...even if sometimes I disagree with the dicisions. E's approach to raids and the way she leads them imo has helped us to achieve alot that we have....I have spent a whole night wiping to woushi to then have E login...take control and we kill it first pull.
She has a great ability to keep track of what people need to be doing and make sure they are doing it....and yes she will rip you a new one if your not doing it....if you cant take criticism without getting butthurt...then ya perhaps TR is not the place for you.
Why settle for second? ....Believe me....if we could...i would love to pwn CL at some of the contested content....Do i think thats gonna happen?....mebe not for awhile thats for sure....However Im not about to jump ship to achieve that.
like i said the people and environment we have here is good and i wouldnt give that up to chase server 1sts. I guess the kind of person who would, can explain somewhat the kind of remarks and attitude to others that is so often present in #1 guilds.
I always get a picture in my head when I hear smartass comments from CL members in 70-79 about other peoples achievements.
it's a guy standing on a podium with a gold medal around his neck.....giving the silver and bronze medalists the finger...
It always makes me laugh when i picture that....because the finger is the defining characteristic of that image.....not the medal.
I will add though....of late i've been impressed....you guys have shown a moderate amount of class....befitting a world class guild.
Finally, yes Crunky does sick dps without that set and broken as fuck dps with it.
dont even get me started on that...T7 I had Crunky beat ZW....T8 i cant even get close...Personally the increase in % of dmg coming from autoattack in Rok...across the board is fucking broken....8k ZW from zerkers in CoA gtfo.
If half the whiney ass melee in this game played half as good as crunky...y'all wouldnt have been bitching about hit rates.
Fix hit rates?...sure np......but fix your fucking broken auto attack dmg too. and yes fix that fucking broken SoH set
lol....I dont think a single mage took off their Preator's guard when it procced 100% of the time.....Enjoy it while it lasts... I sure did.
