Step 1) Join TR with new hopes and opportunities!
Step 2) Die to Venril Sathir 40 times
Step 3) Die to Overking 35-50 times
Step 4) Die to Leviathan at 5% twice, after dieing to him on pull 30 or so times
Step 5) Die to Silverwing for 5 days straight
Step 6) Die to Nexona v2.0 for two weeks straight
Step 7) Pull Trakanon with only 2 groups a few dozen times
Step 8) Get yelled at constantly blamed for things that are
A) Trivial
B) Out of your control
C) Not your problem
D) born from Ebys's imagination
Step 9) Get replaced in raid by one of her alts
Step 10) Watch friends and excellent raiders leave due to overly stressful raiding conditions
Step 11) Talk to members in the guild and get their general feelings on Ebys and leadership within the guild. Since this is a timely task I have saved you the time and performed this poll myself. The results in % of TR members polled (about 12)

She didn't cry on vent, but she logged off pretty fast, and the officer (Korlicx) said that I made her a mess. What she actually did is a mystery, but it upset her enough to upset him enough to boot me.

You failed to mention anything about how she runs the guild bank. I've been told by not only former members of TR, but even members in TR that the "guild bank" is not used for its stated intentions, which is helping pay for guild masters. Maybe Ebys alts' masters???

this shit been going on for ages ask anyone that has been in that guild before.. Hell most of kith know that its that way.. Whenever we see a new TR member transfer in we all just nod our heads and wonder how long before the OP happens.. LOL

sadly imho this is one snake that if you cut off the head would in fact be better off...
