Oh wow, where to begin...
Background: The Kraken made the decision to move from Exile to Freeport faction. They made preparations for their arrival to Freeport by clearing the First Wing of Veeshan's Peak, so they start fresh in the Second Wing with easy stuff.
Resurrection, formerly Insurrection in Freeport, exiled for "easy-mode" progression through raid content. But I guess it depends on your definition of "progression" because until today, Resurrection defined "progression" as farming Elder Ekron and Kluzen the Protector every 5 days, for months.
What Happened: However, not every member of The Kraken followed to Freeport. The people who stayed split themselves to the other guilds, one of which was Resurrection. Dryken, formerly of Kraken, joins Resurrection and gives them access to this Veeshan's Peak instance.
Then the fun and bullshit begins.
Kraken, who is now Freeport aligned, hear about this and attempt to contest and grief Resurrection as they are going through Second Wing for their very first time. There is now an x4 Resurrection and x3 Kraken inside one Veeshan's Peak instance. By this time, I'd imagine many petitions have been submitted by both guilds calling each other hacks. Then rumor has it that one GM showed up inside VP, and it must not have occurred to him that two raids were in the same instance fighting over the mob.
The Response: Davram, leader of Kraken, shares the following...
Quote:

SOE Customer Service has ruled that this Veeshan's Peak instance cleared of Nexona, Druushk, Elder Ekron and Kulzen the Protector by The Kraken belongs to Resurrection. Action will be taken against our accounts if we are to enter again to contest the Resurrection raid or pull the remaining mobs on our own.

So Resurrection bitched and lied enough to convince the GMs that it has been Resurrection's instance, and Resurrection killed Nexona and Druushk.
Resurrection, of course, congratulates themselves on Second Wing epics, saying they have "earned" them and "killed the bosses in the correct order." And they continue to defend themselves.
My Opinion: I thought the whole situation was hilarious and was having my fair share of laughter. However, once I saw that message that Davram shared, I called utter bullshit on part of Resurrection with them claiming the instance is theirs, thus forcing action upon Kraken should Kraken contest their own instance.
So I decided to put a petition in...
