I don't know if you realized this, but your reason for being anon was that you were afraid that people would attack you and your guild members. Give me a fucking break! The guy that MAKES a thread flaming an entire guild, and then goes on to make the generalization that impulse is a bunch of immature players, doesn't want people to flame him/his guild! oh, and as for tnilf, he had the gear, he supposedly had the skills, and he wasn't going to be in any position to contribute to coming up with strats or leading anything, so we decided to see what he could do (and just for the record we never had a problem booting anyone who wasn't living up to our standards). Unfortunately his recruitment had to end a little early due to ... there not being an eq2 impulse anymore lol.

Say what you want about impulse but they sure managed to stir the pot.
Even though i wouldn't give you credit for everything there sure has been a lot of events that directly or indirectly relates to you moving here (and the whole matron deal).

Imo you never even saw the full potential of any of mistmoores guilds because it all happened before you transfered over.

Had you transfered right before KoS or sometime during DoF it would have been a different matter, we could have actually given you some competition :D

That might be the case, but what you are describing are far from the truth, it might be what it looks like from your perspective but its nowhere near the reality of things as pretty much anyone from the server can agree on.

I wasn't trying to implicate you for anything I'm just stating the fact and i personally would have loved to compete with you for real back when we actually had a force to compete with and i think most people in any of the four (previously) active raiding guilds would agree with me. (Even though it was mostly just three guilds back then)

I think what Kuro is trying to say is that when a reasonable amount of people actually used to play this game, every mob on Mistmoore died (sometimes first in the world), and the only reason Impulse (or any other guilds) owned anything is because nearly everyone else quit for WoW or nothing at all.

The nice thing about a guild like Ardent Legion was that not only dd they do a relatively decent job at killing shit, but from talking to them, they realized just how inconsequential what they were doing was. Which is something very few guilds like to admit. :-)

You also have to realize that none of that mattered as soon as the first person opened their mouth saying that everyone in Impulse was stupid for coming to this server because there were four competant (lol) guilds on this server and we'd go from being #2/3 on Permafrost to #5/6 on Mistmoore. It's all fine to make excuses now, as soon as everyone realized that Impulse really did know what it was doing. I don't really care anymore, I'm just passing time before work. I don't even play anymore. =/ I quit like a month ago.
