Suppose that's a matter of opinion. My husband certainly thinks so!

Care to compare GPA and real life achivements?

Anyway, you got sidetracked here. The issue isn't if I want to sue anyone. However with the right lawyer, and a standing description of time spent, along with the documentation and witness testimonies you very well could sue for emotional damage and time lost.

The issue here is not one of monetary compensation.

Adults should be able to explain regardless of how they choose to act.

The reply was:

I don’t know much, I noticed you were kicked. I had no idea what happened. *We play our low lvl alts*(edit to protect identity). But I was curious as to what happened, after word got out. From what I have heard the main reason was you starting a ton of drama and problems over the course of your membership to the guild, not just the raid and the raid was the last straw. I didn’t get anything more specific then that, *The leader I spoke with* didn’t go into much detail. I figured I would ask you just to know what happened, since everyone is so hush hush about it. They did end up posting a post on the forums explaining the raid situation, and that was why they kicked you. But that was it? I would have no reason to doubt all the leaders, especially *The one I spoke with* as I think *that person* is a nice enough person, but it seems like I'm missing something here. Of course nothing against you, but I don’t know you, never played with you, and know how you are cocky. So its hard one to call. Sorry to see you get kicked however, and wish I knew the entire story. I tried to dig up as much as I could on it with not much luck.

Anyhow, besides losing your DKP which really blows, with that much drama and obviously a group of leaders with a dislike of you, you might be better off in a different guild anyways. I myself wouldn’t come back even if they begged me at this point, especially if what you say is true. If it is true, that means anytime they get pissed off at the smallest shit in raid your gone... which isn’t right.

No matter what happens, good luck to you.

Crimson Stalkers has always been a casual raiding guild, so time spent raiding is not the end all and be all of why you stay in the guild. I can tell you that Malstorms is a decent swashy, but the personality conflicts were too numerous for him to stay.
RE confused:

I agree, it's a load of BS, I was hoping to keep my bruiser in the guild, but they didn't seem to like that idea. I guess *the other leader* doesn’t remember that I gave her the first on the server class gloves as a get well soon present, and *The best friend assassin* doesn’t remember that I would bow out of auctions for an upgrade when I could see she needed it more. *The raid leader* must not recall how I had his back for everything, and when I posted in the forums, I was always pro leadership. These things must have slipped their minds for some unspecific drama they thought was totally out of line. Then there's the plat I contributed to Talinth getting T7, before anyone sent him anything. I can't go and review my post, but the way I see it, I contributed to a pro leadership social structure.
I think the real underlying problem here, is I was a lose cannon, and I had some brain power, which I displayed uninhibitedly. I really don't think that's any reason to ban someone, and I don't think the entire guild should just shrug something like this off, because they fear the same happening to them. I know life isn't fair, but it can at least be civil.

You get yourself kicked from a guild, turn into a little bitch about it and demand payment? You somehow think that you're owed something? You are a fucking idiot. Then to go to the next level and have to compare your GPA and real life achievements to justify your existence?

Nah, I only did that because you called me "Dumb as Hell". Sorry to have confused you.

I'm asking for an explnation as to why a banning was in order.

And how much gear did you get from raids? If any, there's what you get for your time. If none, then you're dumb to not have left earlier.
