NGD perfectly explains some players on the forums that secretely agitated me for months. I was always like, I don't get how they could be so fucking stupid, doesn't a high post count imply that they know what the fuck is going on in the game? Shit, it reminds me of all the stupid bullshit newb guilds like "Munchkins of Mayhem" on AB that roll out the carpet for plat pharmers and are convinced a high member count = Uberness. Not one fucking clue.

No..a high post count implies you post a lot - it doesn't imply knowledge. It's like saying "you're a good player because you're level 70".

It has nothign to do with raiding or not raiding, it has everything to do with how useless everyone who is a primarily NGD poster is. They get away with derailing anything about anything important and basically get by with behaivor that would get them fired for any respectable job.

Then of course the whole lot of you are too fucking stupid to even realize it has nothing to do with raiding. The only reason raiding was brought into this is because one of you stupid NGD fucks brought out the hardcore raider card because like I said your too fucking stupid to realize that has nothing to do with it.

10 pages and you guys cant even get a clue as to what the whole issue is. That right there proves how useless the NGD people are. They just arent intelligent enough to warrant having posting rights about the game.

I'd like to point a couple of things out

I post on the NGD more than the other boards, although I read them all pretty much.

I'm level 70 on my main and getting there on my alts.

Before I changed servers I was in a hardcore raiding guild that raided... well basically 5 to 6 nights a week.

So, clearly, not ALL the folks who post in the NGD are crap, by the definition of level and raiding experience

I find it strange that the only people constantly whining about people from NGD are....this is crazy now are raiders. Give me names. I'll betcha 99% of em belong to a hard core raiding guild. And in your previous posts, you discuss how much we've played, that we don't have lvl 70 characters, etc. Now you come back and say "It isn't about raiding/not raiding." Well no shit Sherlock. You also have to realize that maybe, JUST maybe, the topic you posted is not something that the masses want to discuss and when you write, you right for the mass audience. If they don't like it, they'll knock it off topic and try to have some fun with it. If they do like it, they'll police themselves and bring it back on topic. I've seen it happen before.

Once again, the "raiding card" was brought out due to a statement made that "NGD'ers play less than they post about pie and cake" or something of that nature, and that because of that suddenly that makes us worthless. No, we KNOW what the issue is. The issue is that you hate the NGD because it's not what YOU think it ought to be. It's not run how YOU want it run. You think that the massive amount of posts in there are an entire waste of time, and guess what Ishbu? You're wrong. Sure, the majority of the posts in there are nonsensical but the majority of the regular posters in the NGD happen to LIKE it that way. As far as intelligent enough? There've been some pretty damn good posts on the NGD that have gone the distance, it's just not the norm. Doesn't make regular posters in the NGD worthless, just different.
