Seriously do your NGD butt buddies pat you on the back for that garbage?

Well considering how much all of us spend gaming on average? Yeah I can't see how any of us are in shape.

Did this thread become Weight Watchers? Cause if so I got some complaints.

No, it became derail central. Have you tried weight watchers? Maybe try that first before you complain, I would hate for someone to accuse you of being stupid because you are complaining about something.

Actually yeah, to be supportive, I have tried weight watchers before and that was the longest month of my life. Taught me quite a bit about the importance of nutrition choices, but yeah there are some issues with it.

Of course I quit a 3 or 4 years ago, but I still should criticize how the program is run.

I heard a commercial that said "how can a diet be successful if you are always hungry?" And I thought about that a little bit because maybe when people think of losing weight they have to think about quitting food almost like someone who smokes has to think about quitting smoking.

So, then I had a pretty good idea. What if they made "the patch" but only it makes you think your stomach is full. For fat people you know. Not skinny people though because that'd be catastrophic.

SHOOT! For that matter you could quit smoking and food at the same time. Think about it, the possibilities are endless.

Oh yeah, and here's another novel idea: Try running 20 minutes 3 times a week. After you find your genital area you're just going to want to keep running.

Or you could just take a diet suppresant readily available at any pharmacy. Could end up in patch form one day I suppose.

I actually walk for my exercise but your concern is very touching. Are you speaking from experience? What is it like being afraid of your own balls?

I'm no expert on the pharmacy deal there man, that's all you. Walking is a fat person's excuse for not pushing the envelope. Seriously, run. How many fat people have you seen running? Yes I've tried it. Although I hate running it's a damn good workout. Not sure why you want to talk about my balls though, I'm not gay like the NGD folks so please hit on someone else. Thanks.

Pushing the envelope? Lmao... Wait...you must be military because only the military could've drilled something that stupid in your head. You realize when you run for exercise you aren't actually going anywhere right? You are just getting nowhere a lot faster. I walk with an intended destination (for instance my car which is probably a good 3/4 of a mile from here). It is in fact good exercise but it's also rough on your body if you aren't used to it.

Dude you are the one running from your own balls. I'm asking why, so I fail to see how that makes me "gay." To my knowledge nurta is the only "gay" NGDer.

Walking is also lower impact than running. And walking for excercise isn't a relaxing stroll.

Fact is, to lose weight: eat smart, and get off your ass for 20 minutes three times a week. I lost a lot of weight with this baby, now if I could just work in the get-off-my-ass part I'd drop another size. I just boxed up a crap load of fat clothes and stored them. I'm thinner now than when I got pregnant with my first son.
