Dude you are the one running from your own balls. I'm asking why, so I fail to see how that makes me "gay." To my knowledge nurta is the only "gay" NGDer.

Yeah 16 years. Drilled something that stupid? Someone has to do it don't they? Walking no matter how you do it will NEVER get your heartrate to the required level to burn enough calories to counteract your eating habits. While it's better than doing nothing, what you are really doing is wasting your time and sleeping better at night because you are doing something about it.
I don't run from my own balls, I play with them daily Don't you? If not you should work at that FUPA. You are all gay no matter how you want to justify not being gay. Sorry.

Fact is, to lose weight: eat smart, and get off your ass for 20 minutes three times a week. I lost a lot of weight with this baby, now if I could just work in the get-off-my-ass part I'd drop another size. I just boxed up a crap load of fat clothes and stored them. I'm thinner now than when I got pregnant with my first son.

Speed walking? That's funny to watch!
To be honest after my wife had our 3rd I found that the extra bit of weight increased her MILF factor.

Gonna disagree with you there, because it depends on a) how you walk and b) what your eating habits are. If you're eating 3000 calories of jumk food a day, you're right. If you're eating smart and nutritionally, and get your heartrate up (and you can - it's all in the pace and the arms), it works.
As for really fat people, all I have to say is you have to start somewhere. Walking, as opposed to doing nothing, is a good start.

If you are fat and you walk to lose weight, your priorities are all wrong.
Never said it wasn't a good starting place, 3-4 years ago I would have decided to do something different. Like less jelly donuts.

Yeah that and my Doctor who actually WENT to medical school said walking does just fine as long as you get your heartrate up. In fact, most doctors recommend women DON'T run because of what it does to their bodies.
Kurizo do you have any idea what you are talking about?

You fat fuck. Walking .75 miles is not going to get your heartrate anywhere. I bet you tell your doctor you walk 20 minutes 3 times a week and he's looking at some hormone treatment for you. Stop living in a lie.
I know enough to keep myself in shape to serve my country, which is much different than you can say for yourself. Infact, that covers so many different levels I'm not going to touch it anymore.
You're an idiot if you think women shouldn't run. Any excercise will cause a women to go irrelgular but it doesn't mean it is bad in ANY way. Unless you're talking post-menopause. That's out of my league.

I find it odd that what you say (who is not a doctor) disagrees with what I found the AMA and the American Heart Association saying. They both agree walking is a valid form of exercise. Keep lying to yourself their man, as long as you are right in your own head.
Lol look Skippy I don't know how much shape you need to be in to sit at a desk in a hangar or change tires on a HMMW, or whatever the hell you do. Just because I don't have to run a mile every six months for some PT review, doesn't make my way any worse or make me any less healthy. Besides, let's see how good a shape you are in when the military isn't riding your ass about it.
You are right I should have qualified some women.

Well I meant to incinuate it was not excercise. The AMA says chewing gum is a form of excercise too. I don't have a problem I need to lie to myself about.
You must really be starving yourself if you have to resort to calling me Skippy. You aren't even remotely close to what I do in the military and there's no reason to bring it up. I don't need to justify my job to prove a point. I don't run a mile every six months, I'm required to run 10 times that a week, I hate it but it works.
After all of this time I consider doing stuff like that just the way of doing business, even if I don't like it. Whenever I retire I find it hard to believe that I'll let myself get fat, or grow long hair, or sleep in past 5 am. But then again that's my problem.
You guys live in the world of fact. It's really pathetic. Why don't you get off your fat ass, try it out and then tell me I'm wrong? You risk one thing there baby huey - weight loss and a little shame in admitting I'm right.
But instead like the gifted NGD whirl wind writing team you sit there gathering fat cells as you think up your next response to this post, just like you'll be doing 8 hours from now. We both know it's true.

Well you can insinuate all you'd like, but being that wrong doesn't make you any smarter.
You are absolutely right you don't need to justify your job, but being that I live in a city with two naval bases please don't try and BS me about how in shape most military personnel are. It would take me less than 3 weeks to get in shape to pass a standard Naval PT so perhaps you should qualify your statements more.
Actually I live in the world of not talking out of my ass. I'm not so arrogant and stupid to say other peoples way of exercise doesn't work. Of course jogging will help you lose weight. Duh. Does it mean other forms of exercise won't? Deflate the ego I know they've ingrained in you and actually work with logic here for a minute. I promise it won't bite.
Lol....and yet you keep replying don't you? Do you do sit ups between these flashes of insight?

OMG you live outside two naval bases? You must know everything about the Navy! You are talking out of your ass right there fizzle pop. Just because you live near 2 bases that have jack and shit to do with what I'm doing in the Navy doesn't make you an expert on countering what I'm saying here nor my worth or physical requirements. If you know so much about the Navy, why don't you go look up what jobs qualify SDAP of 225. That answer will prove to you where I am coming from. If you don't know the answer, then I invite you to stuff another fatwich down your throat and go back to typing something you have a better handle on.
Before I'll take the logical approach I request that you get your tubby ass on the treadmill or around the track a few times. Then we'll talk logic, where I'll be accepting your formal apology.
And I said run, not jog. There's a difference.
