LMAO, I was in the Army and I still hate running :p I've just recently implemented a new punishment system for the teenager: push-ups she hates them, worse than having her stuff taken away. I love it!

Oh and now rather than run... I walk every morning to get my heart rate up before push-ups :D Running sucks, and I never knew the squids to be very physically fit their PT test ain't shit compared to the Armys nor are their fat body weight standards.
