The NGD vs. Non-NGD thread

10 hours is certantly a fair estimate. Any raiding guild worth a damn is camped where they are going to be going that day. You form up, you zone in, clear zone, zone out 1 hour to an hour 30min later. Contested only require you to form up and kill one mob, so its game over.

Or are you so petty you would consider leaving my second computer logged into the game afk with the monitor turned off but the speakers turned on so I can hear when the contested mob that is due spawns and kills me counts as being in game playing? It sure as fuck shouldnt because Im off doing other things in the vicinity that I can hear my loud as fuck speakers.

You specifically mentioned uber high end hardcore raiders. That means guilds like mine and all the guilds like mine are at about 10 hours a week. You arent one of us, you wouldnt know. I am, I see it on a weekly basis, I know. Its 10 hours, so Im sorry if your wasting 20+ hours a week struggling to clear the begining stuff or whatever you enjoy doing.

And as long as you want to bring up what we used to do for raiding. Yeah we used to do more when we were first learning it, but I bet if you averaged it all out we could to well under 15 hours a week for the expansion. Guilds dont require X amount of hours online, they require you to be on if need be. A guild would be freaking retarded to say, well there is absolutely nothing to do but each member needs to stay online and not afk for the next 5 hours to meet quota.

You have no insight into how the high end raid guild scene works at all, period. And yeah, us High end uber raid guilds maybe are on a high horse, but remember you specifically singled out that demographic first, you did not address it to casual raid guilds or anything of the like. So Im proud to say I have my head held high because I get to clear all the raid content and have plenty of time leftover to do whatever the fuck I feel like doing either in game, in another game, outside, wherever I choose.

Please, you would have to be the most ignorant fuck to think that we just want things catered to us and we provide no good arguements. There are months worth of that shit on the SOE boards that mostly got deleted or removed because of people like yourself who have a panic attack at the mere thought that there should be some top end raid content thats actually challenging with rewards that show that and make sense.

The point is, as long as SOE promotes completely off topic assinine crap llike portrayed by your ten ton hammer bullshit, of course your going to support them and of course anyone who actually cares about the game is going to be buried beneath the crap that spews forth from you guys.

raiders have most likely soloed, grouped, and raided more than anyone who posts on ngd. why would sony take insight or make moderaters out of players who would rather post on their forums about punch and pie rather than play the game? most of them aren't even 70. i was on neriak and know how often i saw members of agro fish around in game?
