thats why you always keep the top rank to one leader, and the second rank an almost a sgood position, prevents total fuck ups like this, you only have your self to blame im afraid, any one who completely trusts another person they dont personally know is a tard.
you lose.
i mean honestly, if i have 6 ppl along side me, all equal, who can boot me at any time from a guild i started and worked hard for....fuck that, im surprised your bank wasnt emptied long ago, and this as well.

Trusting 7 different people with leader privledges was just asking for that to happen IMO. I'm personally not a fan of more than 1 leader, because occasionally leaders will have disputes and will do something rash.
I had this happen when I was on the Everfrost server in the guild Nocturnal. The guild leader was going to be gone for 3 weeks or so, so he promoted someone else to leader to take over for the time that he was going to be gone (both were founding members). Shortly after, the newly promoted person had the original guild leader demoted, which caused a split in the guild and 2 seperate guilds were formed, Vi Et Armis and Core.
You really cannot judge one's contributation to a guild by status alone. Sure, those with more status might have done more writs, HQs, or raids, but someone with lower status could have provided the guild with crafted goods, help on quest, etc.

My son was telling me that the leader and officers disbanded and formed a new guild called, "Klondor's Brigade". LOL.. who names their guild after the leader? (Karjar.. don't get any ideas....)
