Oh yes the Dirge.

I must say i love the Dirges. As long as i shall live the great Dirge shall always have a place in my heart. Indeed.

But Poofers if you read this i love you to!

I dont have much to say about this guild since i dont know of them at all. They were around when i was still playing but thats about it. These huge guilds seem to come and go or morph/merge into new guilds as the game rolls along.

I honestly think the only way they get things done is by bringing in other people's alts to fill up critical roles. I've never actually seen/met/heard of a DC member who knew there was more to the game than autoattacking and sitting around with a thumb up their ass.

I was in an Unrest group once with 2 DC healers (living nightmare), and the only reason we survived was because I wound up tanking and the paladin (our original tank) wound up healing me, because I think my vitality breach poisons outparsed them on heals.

The thing with DC, is there are a few 70's that have been raiding for a while, and actually know what they are doing. And when I say a few I really mean a few. The rest are a bunch of rtards that couldn't raid a bowl of jello.

I've actually submitted an app to be accepted in to the elite DC raid force, and I vow to emprove the 800:1 ratio of rtards to smart people. Be afraid!

You don't apply to DC. You click the button on the guilds window and they respond by shooting you an invite.

You don't even have to click that button, they see you unguilded and just shoot you an invite.

I think I saw one of their members spamming invites to Fsassd, or was it Assfd? I forget, but I digress, some plat spammer in EFP.

I was bored one evening, playing my dirge alt and got a tell asking if I want to do FTH, so I figured what the heck. It was a DC raid and after a couple of hours or so we finally killed Shredder. I hear someone in vent say they were going to do Emerald Halls next day or so, and then to my surprise they said it was important to have relic gear because that was Aftermath's secret to their success in that zone. I mean, really, screw that crappy avatar stuff. And toward the end of the raid, someone reminded the MT to take off his "shiny goggles", and wear real armor. That being said, I'm one of those people who will watch really really bad "B" sci fi movies because I can't believe they're so bad.
