So how long did that profile stay? There's getting drunk and ranting in 60-69, then there's walking around with extremely disturbing threats of physical violence to other players AND their family posted in his bio for gawd knows how long.

I'm glad he's banned, but I can't fucking believe you're defending that.

I think highly of a lot of people in Defiance.

But I really hope nobody in Defiance thinks what that guy wrote is acceptable in any way, or is excusable for the reason of being drunk.

It seems to me like that bio was written by one person, and does not reflect how the rest of the guild thinks or acts.

I think that a lot of people in Defiance were stunned when we beat matron the first time. Defiance is a capable guild and serious competition.

I heard they got matron down to 10% one night and called it quits for one reason or another. Maybe it was too late and people were tired. Then the next night they didn't have the right class mix, so they didn't try. That's when we beat Matron. I wonder if they got a little over confident? FoH had some good pulls early in the days before we beat her, but most of the ones Defiance saw was us working on positioning, having bad class mixes, or being short on people. I bet they just thought we didn't have it in us.

Cosmic did congratulate us though, and a lot of the guild were polite, etc. Daylos doesn't reflect on the whole guild. I'm sure that when the spellshield info came out in logs, that people were relieved and even happy to assume that Defiance was cheated of server first.

I'm pretty sure we didn't use spellshield the second time we beat matron, and we definitely didn't use it after it was fixed and beat Matron a third time. What makes the fight is tons of practice and a proper class mix, as I stated before.

Daylos wrote this coming home drunk one night and it was removed off his BIO the next day when he realized it was stupid, before he was even spoken to by a GM he had realized he fucked up, and removed it.

No one approves of shit like this in a game, theres a difference in shit talking, calling people stupid as opposed to threatining there familys. His account is Banned by SOE, and Daylos himself felt he deserved it for doing something stupid, So I highly doubt he ment it, if he thought that what SOE did was right in banning his account. Was a stupid thing to do and he lost two level 70 toons for it.

No one in Defiance ever said it was funny, and no one in Defiance said it was ok. Ever. So dont put words in our mouth.

3 weeks ago he got drunk, he did something stupid, he paid the price by losing his account, Defiance goes on.

Sorry if it offended anyone, and usually I would tell you to stop hiding behind an anonymous name and posting stupid shit thats 3 weeks old. But to us this was seriously stupid and was a serious matter. Defiance as a guild appologizes for it.

Actually, this quote below to me sounds like someone defending him for putting that on there. That is why I said I can't fucking believe anyone would defend that bio.
