2. You can kick out the good players that give criticism, and recruit more half-assed players. Then you have a group of "good", more like half-assed, players. This group then goes and clears EH over 5 nights, never stands a chance at getting avatars, and then proceeds to whine about how they have lives and somehow this is why they aren't killing avatars. All while completely ignoring the fact that the first type of guild spends less time raiding, simply because they consist of better players.

But on the flip-side, AV is full of other people that openly tell others that they suck, and they sure as heck aren't getting kicked either. The only difference is that these people are "popular", and they themselves are mediocre.

Ziff constantly talks about how easy the tank's job is, and how much they suck if they ever lose aggro for a moment. All while zonewiding hardly over 1k dps and frequently getting beaten by the berserker on the parse.
Heck, I even remember one time when he was given the opportunity to tank Clockwork Menace. Not only did he hold up the entire raid for 20 minutes so he could bring his slow ass over there, he does the worst job tanking it, getting the raid killed by being unable to hold aggro. All while shit talking the tanks saying how easy it is!

Or how about Wonsokman, who constantly told me that I sucked and that his alt is better than me. But of course he has the nerve to ask me how to spec a berserker on more than one occasion, and that one time he brought it along for a Chel'Drak raid? 200 dps, woot!

Or maybe Nodar, the 800 dps necromancer that betrayed to the 800 dps conjuror. Raids with a tank pet, gets aggro once on Gardener and starts running down the road away from the raid, tells the raid to not spawn the second Grovebeast on Wuoshi because he's not finished passing out shards, keeps asking on vent what keeps killing him on Treyloth when he stands way back in Reaching Rot range, need I go on? Oh, he has the nerve to bitch about how easy mobs, that he's never even killed before, are and how retarded it is any time we wipe.

All of them are guilty of the exact same thing I get accused of, only they have no ground to stand on, and sure as hell no skill to back up their arguments. Why don't they get kicked? Oh, because they're friends with officers! Being one of arica's cyber buddies lets you get away with anything, yaaay!

I was actually stressing the fact that Arica's little clique is what runs the guild, and skill is meaningless hence why AV can be so shitty. But I have to compliment you, Fingurs. Nice job ignoring the real issues, you're almost as good as Dufrest is with that.

Yes, I was the real issue. This is why AV cleared EH in 7 hours flat one week, and then the next week, right after the first time I got kicked, they spent 15 hours in the zone total and failed to kill Wuoshi at all.

It was and apparently still is the leadership. They do not have the balls to kick the bad players cause they feel they'll hurt their feelings. Well tough luck, WELCOME TO THE RAIDING WORLD. If you want to kill shit, you better be good at what you do.

Ziff, Wonsokman, Whiteflame, Doril... and there's certainly a few others I can think off have NO PLACE in a raiding guild that aspires to take contesteds.

I was always asking the leadership why Whiteflame is still in the guild and when will Doril be finally kicked?

Raiding IS a business and when you can't perform, you better expect to be kicked! And the FUN of raiding isn't chatting up on past events, it's getting shit killed and getting the loot.

The 1st time I went into MMIS with AV, we cleared it in an hour or so and peeps were very excited and clearly had more fun then ever. I dunno about you, but having the same peeps screwing up over and over again isn't my kind of fun.

I could even take a few stabs at Pere's skills, which I made clear in my goodbye post, but she's clearly better then most of what AV has to offer.

For shits and giggles I decided to take a break from Phoenix Wright 3 (which is more fun than raiding in EQ2, btw) and hop into AVs EH instance. 3 days 29 hours left and Wuoshi is still alive.

I'm not sure what to say other than:

That's right, Fingurs, AV is still going perfectly strong. And I'm depressed that I can't take place in taking, let's see, if you kill it tomorrow... bare minimum 6 days from zone in to down Wuoshi with you guys!

Oh wait, not really. I'm more glad to be out of that herd of retards and I'm finding it fun to flame you and hopefully prevent intelligent players from even consider joining the guild.

Besides complain, what else did you offer AV? God this just so shows your age. Complain some more? How about this... when someone sucks,..... recruit someone else? Help recruit someone else. Too hard? Welcome to leadership's problem everywhere. Again let me remind you, even the top guilds recruit year-round.

I suggest you go and run your own guild and get back to me. I did it with the help of 3 other people, who imo, did alot more work then me, and I still found it highly stressfull and problematic. MMO people are drama queens as so identified by teeny bopper Kenny there...

If AV is so wrong, so evil, so shitty, so this so that... why are they still alive? Still in top 5 on their server. Still raiding? Why? Oh I know, because leadership is smart enough to ignore whiners like you.
