How to zone people into a instance of EH you want?

OK I was wondering if anyone could help me here. I am in a guild that is taking its first steps in EH and well we find that we seem to be forever getting the rumbler up when we try to complete the 1st floor.

I realise lots of guilds can take him but at the moment he seems beyond us and our confidence with the mob is shot.

OK so we have started to use a brawlers to zone into EH and scout out what names are up and kind of cherry pick the ones we want.

The problem we are having is that we cannot seem to zone into the zone the brawler is in. We form up the raid, the brawler is waiting in EH, we zone in and it appears that its a entirely different instance!

Is there anyway to do what we are trying? I'm sure we are not the first guild to try and do this and I have heard of a few ways to do it, checking which named are up but like I stated, we cannot seem to zone the rest of the guild into the instance with the brawler.

Form the raid before the brawler zones in to check. Have everybody else chill out at the Stable Master at the Upper Grove. Zone in the brawler, have him check if it's up, drop him from the raid, and send in another brawler to go check it out. Rinse&Repeat until you find the instance without the Rumbler that you want.

Ohh, what we were doing was:

Solo brawler zones into EH, does his thing, finds out the rumbler is not up and we form up a raid with him waiting inside the zone. We then zone in thinking we will join the zone which the brawler is in but it never works out like that

So you keep the rest of the raid away from the zone in point to stop them getting zoned in with the brawler, into what could be a crappy zone. That makes sense.

Does that strat work if we form a raid of only 2 people, enabling the officers to kind of plan ahead a few hours before the raid? So I get another player make a raid, zone in the with the brawler, check if rumbler is up, if its not just keep inviting people into the raid force outside?

Does the brawler who zones in have to be the leader of the raid?

Yes, you can do that as long as your make sure to keep a raid intact, because once the raid is broken you have no chance of getting into that instance again, unless you get the timer. So an even better idea is to zone in, find a zone without the Rumbler, get enough people on to kill 1 trash mob, kill it, and you'll be locked to that instance, then when it's time to raid you'll be able to zone into the instance you've locked yourselves to without the Rumbler.

Any idea if trying the challenge will lock the instance?

No idea, never done the challenge without killing a trash mob.

The Brawler can just zone out and if he is the one to click in it will bring the entire raid into his instance.

This is assuming you are doing it right at raid time. Any other brawlers who went in before are going to have to wait till their 30 minute timer is up before they can join your raid.

Two things could be going wrong here.

1. I dont see any mention of you saying that you invite the brawler to raid before you try to zone into his instance

2. Does the brawler carry totem of the butterfly so he can see stealth? The rumbler is in stealth mode when not agro

I am the main tank of our alliance and always zone first, on my own. Then I take an invite from someone else in raid and they zone in after me.

The rumbler is always aggro, even while he's stealth.

The other reason why your raid may not be zoning into the same instance is that your timers are either not up, or they are in the few days between the min and max time on the zone. If you are trying to enter a new instance then you need to make sure that everyone has reset their timers on EH. In Profitui its a button in the lower right hand corner of the persistent timers tab in your zone reuse window. You will get a 5 day lock to a specific instance as soon as you kill any mob in the zone.
