People do realize there needs to be 70+ content to level in for RoK.
A 74-75 heroic zone will find plenty of play time in RoK i garauntee you.

the point is this is supposed to be a zone for the god of fear and i wouldnt expect 2 to 3 level 80s being able to just blow through a low level zone like that their first time in.
