We have the same problem with a couple people too. The support staff told them to check their computer's date/time. lol I'm willign to bet this carries over in to RoK...that's going to be an issue.

We had two guildies with that problem this week. Both petitioned on Friday before our raid got underway. One got a GM in-game on Sunday to reset his lockout, and suggested he /bug it. The other, as far as I know, never got a response.

We have had NUMEROUS issues, and they are almost always the exact same people (server transferred people) that are experiencing them.

Its very random. Xede is 2 days behind the rest of the guild this week, and he most definitely started the zone with us last week.

Last time we petitioned, we got told to fuck off, basically. First few times, they actually helped.

Fix this shit, thanks.

Yeah, we have had similiar problems. Our new monk the first time joined our instance in progress and got a 1 day longer lockout. The following week he joined the fresh instance with us, and after the 9 days was up he still had 2 days left. Seriously, how do you get an 11 day lockout on a 9 day instance??

We have petitioned numerous times, and generally speaking never get a response.

We did have a GM come into our MMIS raid to have our MT change his last name... we had a pretty good laugh when he got aggro and died twice trying to come to us!

on a sidenote: when the 9 days expire the whole raid kicked from the zone and has to start from the beginning. we figured that as we were about to pull wuoshi... ffs
