EH Lockout Issues

The lockout as we all know says from 5 days min to upto 9 days max for the zone to be open. Obviously before the 5 day mark you cant clear the instance and enter a new one. The issue a few members in our guild are having is the game wont let them reset their timer until after 7 days. Last week we went into EH and completed the zone on Thursday and Friday. 3 members only zoned in on Friday yet they could not reset their timer for the zone last night being the following Friday a full week. I find this odd and lame first one thought it could have been the fetish UI but once going back to default still told him 22 hours left which would put it at 8 WHOLE days to reset.

Any other guilds having this as a issue with any of their members. Not sure why at all this would be the case as the zone specifically says 5 to 9 in the persistant window tab. Just wondering if this is happening elsewhere or if a dev would have any clue as to why.

I read quick but if they came the second day and killed named that day, that will screw them up for some reason, we had the same issue a couple time so they just bring alts. lol
