Get the other 6? mouth peices and find out. To bad they are like absurbly rare. If you use one at the right tower it has a chance to spawn a named. I originally hoped it was some sort of ring wars type ring raid event where you had to protect the valley of ghost dwarves from the ghost gnolls. But it may just be a random name spawning item.

It probibly disables one off her abilities, or the orbs perhaps do something if you are too close to them, either way, it didn't really make an impact.

Killing enough ghosts on both sides will remove the empowered thingy in her name and it will also drop the dmg shield(Thornskin?) she has.
