Done it twice, 12 chests - 2 of them ornate. Some nice caster slippers and tank shoulders.

Based on the fact that this instance should take ~20 minutes (max) of your time and Korucust has about as much HP as a solo mob in KP, I'd say is worth a shot at 6 chances for an exquisite.

Warden drops a nice tank wrist with Def & Parry & a nice amount of Agi. Also drops a Healer hammer that I've seen way to many times in the past few days. Actually been duoing the zone with a friend the last few nights each of us 2 boxing trying to get the tank wrist to drop. (finally got it tonight) We'd actually split group and zone each char in 1 at a time & check on the warden named before zoning anyone else in. It's just a 30 minute wait for the timer if he's not up, and only once did we not get him out of any of our 4 toons. (Found him on the 6th toon check) He seems to drop Ornate quite frequently, but the hammer is far more common than the wrist. :\

Think we pulled 1 master out of probably half a dozen or so attempts with 4 kills of the named per go, so not amazing, but not horrible either. The Legendary other than the tank wrist is junk, but we always bring a 'muter in and at least come out with a couple powders usually. The zones not really worthwhile for a full group, but it pays off decently for what you can accomplish with 2 players.

Is he visible from the entrance or you check it by track?

Since there were some questions on the how and where, here's the write-up I did for EQ2i. The name of the quest is "The Bones of Korucust".

    Steps
    1. Look inside the Court of Korucust for the first missing rib bone.
      • Although this is numbered "first", save it until LAST.
      • The room with the cages needs to be cleared of spirits before starting this step.
      1. There is a non-aggro 83 wandering cenobite. After you have the other three bones, move the party to the intersection of the "Y" hallways, then have one group member attack the wandering cenobite. The attacker will be hit once hard, then teleported into a high cage.
      2. The bones needed are in the cage. Harvest the bones.
      3. As you look out of the cage, on the right is a lockplate. You must be fairly close to activate it. Clicking this lockplate frees you from the cage.
      4. Unfortunately, you are still three stories up. To get down, you can try cautiously jumping smaller distances, using the central post and its side beams and cages. Races with hover or glide can simply glide down to the entrance of the hallway. If your safefall isn't good, a gnomish parachute pack might help.
    2. Look inside the Court of Korucust for the second missing rib bone.
      • The second bone is found after slaying the executioner in the pit room.
    3. Look inside the Court of Korucust for the third missing rib bone.
      • The third bone is a harvestable glowing blue-purple bone in the cage room. These re-pop fairly quickly, so clear the room and wait until everyone has their bone.
    4. Look inside the Court of Korucust for the fourth missing rib bone.
      • The third bone is a harvestable glowing blue-purple bone in the pit room. These re-pop fairly quickly, so clear the room and wait until everyone has their bone.
      • Once the first bones are harvested in this room, the execution squad will become aggro.
    5. Place the missing rib bones onto the ribcage of the headless skeleton inside the iron maiden.
      • When everyone has all four bones, it's back to the iron maiden in the big hall.
      • One person only should click the iron maiden and replace their bones. This spawns Korucust nearby.
      • When Korucustis slain, the next person should replace their bones, and you get Korucust again. Slay him again!
      • Repeat for each group member.

No & no. However you can invis to the last room and check if you watch pathing well, or use another more questionable method of movement if you are lazy.

Pit, to check if the named warden is up.
