Sure, they're easy, relatively.
If you were in beta like many of these guilds you learned the encounters and just repeated them when they hit 80.
They already had the teamwork part down, what else is there?

You are correct to my knowledge, granted NPU, Paradigm, and CL all killed it the day Phara Dar got its wings clipped within hours of each other.

What's wrong with the "RL card?" It's a valid point to consider... Some people don't have many responsibilities in their lives (college/post-college looking for job/high school students) and they choose to play a lot... There's nothing wrong with that. Heck, if I had my druthers, I'd do that too! But I have a wife and a job, and those come priority. The EQ2 devs can't cater to the super hardcore crowd who have more time to devote to EQ2 - no one else would clear the instances before the next expansion.

Look at the stats... there were lots of guilds that are now clearing EOF content because they never got the opportunity or couldn't before its release.

But all that said, just because someone has more time availale to devote doesn't mean it's some kind of insult, it's just what they choose to do with their time, and of COURSE they're going to band together with other people who have similar availabilities.


Anyone trying to use the "RL card" to insult someone else is just jealous that they themselves can't devote that much time to it. If you're using the "RL card" as a stepping stone for a valid point of argument in zone design and instance challenge, more power to you. I'm sure it's something that SOE devs had many a meeting discussing.
