Well, that is a completely different topic I think. I personally believe that masters should only drop in epic zones because people that do not raid do not truely need masters. Adept3 will work just fine for them, all about risk vs reward.

I was just curious as to what kind of loot could drop there. I had seen it in mentioned in the channels before and grew curious. I hated the first Nek because of the bugged quests in there and was reluctant to do it again.
Having an instance whip me, like that, made me even more determined to finish it. Now that I have a bit more info on the zone, I'm sure we can do it now.

There is a pretty decent secondary/ranged orb that drops from the first named. That's the only item in the zone worth mentioning. However, the 70 masters is the reason I go. You don't always get a master but when they do drop, they are 70. |

Well we got a lot further than I thought we would, thanks to the help of everyone here.
We didn't finish the zone, but I'm hopeful for the next time. We had A troub, a Conj, Inq, Warden, Bez, and Ranger. Much better DPS and it showed.
Later on, it was a Dirge, Inq, Bez, Wizzy, Ranger, Warden. Didn't get much further, but still got far enough to where I was pleased.
We didn't finish the doll quest. And Infravision does NOT work on that part.

i remember when nek3 was first released i had a good friend who used to farm that zone daily,
now if you didnt know about the doll quest it also has a chance to drop lvl 70 masters. he was smart and used to just farm that chest all day avoiding lockout. also used a few exploits to get the the doll room within 15 seconds but whatever people do is their own shit, not mine. i got a few of my lvl 70 masters from him free which was kind of nice.
a little hint about the doll quest, if you target yourself and auto attack, the dolls that arn't clickable are the ones that need to be put on the bed.
