I am not sure if anyone ran into him yet but we had the delight to meet him earlier, i dont know if he was bugged or not but usually the fight goes like this
a you designate a victim
b kill rumbler, victim gets adds
c do your things

atm atleast A doesnt work at all, we tried letting our victim zone in first, have everyone but him relog but the adds just pop in the middle of the raid wiping us in second =/

just lettin ya all know

Learn how to kill him without gimping the encounter.

mehh not all guilds are as uber as yours is, and quite honestly its more of a pain as the rewards are/were worth it

edit: just to add, its not like this change will have that much effect cause most people who do raid at a decent lvl, will be 80 whitin 2 weeks anyway =/

This way of beating him was considered an exploit by many, that is why you wont get much sympathy from most of the people on these boards. Truth is you now have to learn how to beat the encounter again. Good luck and stick with it, Its not that bad once you get a good feel for how it works.
