to get into t3 and above every person in the raid has to have killed venril and overlord. they have actually added actual progression to this game, and a lot of guilds will have to backtrack to get a full raid into t4 i can tell you that.
and i can tell you that t2 is some of the better encounters ive seen in eq2 so far, so if you guild sucks and you havent gotten to 80 yet dont bash soe because rok is a really good expansion.

2 Weeks (leveling included) after launch for entering the tier 4 zones is not what i expected from "raid progression", thats not a progression, thats a flythrough.
