You need level 80 to initiate the quest.

1. Pick up two shinies for the investigating the battle scenes. These are usually under the dead warriors or the horses surrounding the quest starter.

2. Head to the east and pick up the burning moppet call Lucan.

This is where I am upto...I have checked all over the place for its owner. Any further info on this would be greatly appreciated.

The north end of Kunzar Jungle, behind City of Mist.

Fly to Hidden Plunderers and the go up to the north west behind CoM and you will see a ledge. There are some dead guards and dead horse. At level 80 you can click the glowy shield and go from there.

Supposedly this is the starter for the epic quest line.

I need to find the owner of the Moppet at present and have scoured the damn world but as yet I have not found them.

well, the 'current zone' is called 'the moppet shoppe'.

I have no idea....I checked Rivervale because of the Moppet part of it but nothing found yet. Hopefully someone can open this up for us soon to progress further.

Checked all Qeynos zones for quest icons on map and instances.
Checked all the monk outposts (PoF, Lesser Fay and Eldarr Grove) because of the rocks near the battle...but they would not own a Moppet named Lucan...
Checked all the RoK zones with a quick pass for quest icons.

I too think it it a instance but where it is...that is beyond me at the moment. I was thinking somewhere in Freeport may have to log my other toon on and check it out...you?

im qeynosian.. n the quest says it doesnt belong to either of the parties or the drachnids, so maybe its a clickable stone somewhere in KJ? coz i checked sebilis n even coa, nothing there.
