As a slight de rail as a healer I absolutely dispise this freaken zone. Sure put debuffs on things thats fine. But do you have to fuken spam the goddamn thing every .02 seconds argh. H8! H8! I tell you!
As a coercer I absolutely love this freakin zone. That debuff triggers a proc of my spell reactive for every person it lands on. The debuff itself helps me keep my power low with no hassles so I get the extra 25% damage from AAs. Its fast becoming my favourite dps zone The best one is the name that does the debuff, and the aoe fear. My reactive just gets eaten up, and i always pull aggro

with a fury 77 and myself inquie 72 we got him first try. But yes, our tank life was playing yo-yo, and i thrown asap my emergency group heal. Tho, i was debuffing him and meleeing him to interrupt a max, and ready to cure anything from MT . Dropped a nice wrist healer item.

i still dont see how this mob is hard. 80 templar solo healed the whole zone in about 30 minutes, group dps was around 9k ZW with 8200 on the name. just burn the shit out of every mob in here, throw up sanct on pull and cure the debuff, mob died in bout 50 seconds, zone done. felt like nest to be quite honest, only the mobs were blue-white.

ed: thats in a mix of eof fabled and rok legendary gear and not even sure the tank has any new adept3s yet, might have a few. group was 80 zerker (tank) 80 monk (me) 80 bruiser, 80 ranger, 80 templar, 74 swashy.

I think you will find that the people who find him hard are not at the level cap
Our first time in the setup was
Guard(Me - 74)/Fury(76)/Necro(75)/Swashy(79)/Troub(74)/Warlock(75)
We left this mob behind on this run.
Came back with
Guard (Me -76)/Fury(77)/Inquis(74)/Illus(74)/Assassin(76)/Warlock(76)
This time we were still getting raped until the fury re-specced to the druid dispel on the STA line and removed the damage shield. It was an absolute walk in the park after that

I am sure at level 80 you could just burn him dead with relative ease

sorry i had to post this..

our tank randomly died because the defiler cast 2 wards and went afk for a drink...

so i wiped is aggro with illusory allies, then all 4 of us cast pocket golems.

yes pocket golems and dumbfire pets FTW!

Was tanking this guy at 74 (Zerker). It's pretty tough sub 76 for the tank but it does get a lot easier after 76. If the tank is lower than 75 take a second fighter class to drop intercepts when the damage spikes.

Also - although he's immune to stun, knockback still throws him on his ass and if timed right can give healers enough time to get the tank back up.

Snares work nicely too, it's kind of poor to jump around the room with a snared NPC on your ass - but if it gets the job done... ;)

At 76+ it's easy if you've got decent healers. Devestation fist and manaburn is just amusing ;)

This zone is cake at 80. And even before that, it wasn't terribly hard in the mid-70's.

It is, however, unforgivably annoying. That debuff that the mobs spam constantly and seemingly at random isn't challenging, and it isn't fun. It's just irritating, and makes what would otherwise be a fun tank-and-spank zone an exercise in tedium for the healers.

Less retarded bullshit like this and buff-stripping mobs, please.

It makes my giggle when I see all the CoV groups looking for a healer in chat for very long times. I rather slam my head in a door over and over again then run that zone.

For some reason SoE thinks having the healers chain cure makes things challenging.
